    What Is PCOD?

    PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) is a medical ailment where the lady ovaries produce youthful or somewhat mature eggs en masse, and throughout the time, these become growths in ovaries. Because of this, ovaries become huge and emit massive measures of male chemicals (androgens), causing barrenness, irregular feminine cycles, going bald, and strange weight gain. PCOD can be constrained by diet and way of life alterations.

    Causes Of PCOD

    There are a lot of factors that can cause this medical condition, but here we will tell you some major ones.

    1) There is a half chance of getting this condition among the ladies whose prompt female family members experience. As you become more established, this PCOD might prompt Type 2 diabetes. 

    2) Around 70% of ladies with PCOD have fringe insulin obstruction. The pancreas produces insulin, a chemical to help the body use sugar from food sources for energy.

    3) Now and then, a higher weight might demolish insulin obstruction and the side effects of the polycystic ovarian disorder. A few ladies with this condition report that they had never experienced indications like feminine abnormality or unreasonable hair development and are a good weight.

    Common Symptoms Of PCOD

    This condition is quite common, and all women should know about this condition as they should know when they are suffering from this. Here, we will tell you about the common symptoms given below. 

    1) You can experience irregular periods and delay menstrual cycles due to abnormalities. 

    2) Trouble in getting pregnant because of unpredictable and deferred or bombed ovulation. The strange chemicals keep the follicles from developing and delivering the egg, causing deferred or bombed ovulation.

    3) The common symptom also contains falling of hair or thinning of hair in almost all parts of the body. 

    4) Acne on the skin sometimes also causes this condition.

    5) The gaining of weight in some women also leads to this condition, and they should take proper care of it. 

    6) Androgen levels are one of the common symptoms. If your body reveals an excessive amount of this, you should get this condition.
