    How Intensive Outpatient Programming in Birmingham, AL Can Help You

    An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a structured, non-residential program to help clients struggling with mental health, addiction, depression, and more. Most IOP programs are three to five days a week, with sessions in the morning and evening to allow flexibility to all schedule types. At Birmingham, our primary goal is to help clients feel like they are getting the care they need with the right to independent living. To give you an idea of IOP at Birmingham Recovery Center, some of the programs we offer are:

    How Long are IOP Programs at Birmingham Recovery Center?

    This will depend on the client and the help they are looking to receive. Everyone has a different medical history, a story they want to change the ending to, or how much support they receive from loved ones. Most IOP programs can range from 8-12 weeks. However, it ultimately depends on how our staff feels about each client’s unique situation. We want you to get better and spend the time you need with us.
