Fntrackr, a new web app seeks to tackle the problem of weight loss. Based on the newest research in obesity science, Fntrackr rates your diet on a scale of 0-100. This score, called Diet Score, will determine the quality of your diet and allow you to maintain long-term weight loss.

A recent study in the New England Journal of Medicine found that only 1 in 20 people who lose weight are able to keep it off for 10 years or more. The study, which tracked the weight-loss journeys of more than 4,000 adults for a decade, found that most people who managed to lose weight eventually gained it all back.

It’s not your fault! The information on the internet about weight loss is not only wrong – it can make you fat. They place all the blame on the person and not on the wrong and confusing information. People simply do not know what to do or what foods they should be eating to lose weight or maintain weight loss.

Why do so many people regain their weight loss? They rely too much on calories, which people are taught are the only things that make you fat. Weight gain is a complex process that may be independent of caloric intake. The quality of your diet is more important than the quantity you are eating.

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) found that processed food is a major cause of obesity, diabetes and heart disease. The study looked at data from over 9,000 adults and found that those who ate the most processed food were more likely to be obese, have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Processed food is largely made up of oils. These oils accumulate inside your body and cause inflammation, destroy hormone levels, and decrease your metabolic rate.

Fntrackr’s Diet Score will allow you to make sure the food you are eating will not make you regain weight and will help you lose weight. Fntrackr includes a database of over 15,000 foods, each with its own Diet Score, so users can easily find nutritional information for what they’re eating.

Using Fntrackr is simple. Add your food to your daily Diary and it will give you your Diet Score, calories, macros, vitamins, minerals, and much more.

Join the Fntrackr.com community today for a new adventure in your health and weight loss journey.
